Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1) This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom (UK) and Republic of Ireland (ROI), aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2) These Terms and Conditions will be available at https://winwithfrubes.co.uk.

3) Purchase of a promotional pack necessary in UK only for entry into Instant Win and Golden Ticket. No purchase necessary (NPN) in Republic of Ireland for entry into Instant Win.

4) The promotional packs available are the 9 pack of Frubes Strawberry or Frubes Variety. Purchase can be made from any participating retailer.

5) Smartphone access and Bank account required to claim Golden Ticket. Retain Golden Ticket to claim Golden Ticket Prize.

6) Internet access, a valid email address, a smartphone and promotional pack required for entry into Instant Win. Retain receipt to claim Instant Win prize. Bank acount required to claim Instant Win prize.

7) The Instant Win promotion is limited to 1 entry per person, per email address and mobile number per day. Maximum of 4 entries in total throughout the promotional period.

8) Maximum of 1 Instant Win prize & 1 Golden Ticket prize per person in total throughout the promotional period.

Golden Ticket:

9) If you find a golden ticket inside your promotional pack, you have won a cash prize.

10) There are 5 golden tickets available to be won.

11) Golden Ticket Prizes:

  • > 1 x £5,000 cash prize
  • > 1 x £2,000 cash prize
  • > 3 x £1,000 cash prize

12) Winners in Republic of Ireland will receive the Euro equivalent which will be calculated using the exchange rate published by the European Central Bank on the date you claim your prize.

13) If you are a winner, you will be required to scan the QR code or visit the unique URL printed on your winning golden ticket to claim your prize. You will be directed to a claim form where you will be asked to confirm your full name, email address, mobile number, county of residence, date of birth and bank details (account number and sort code).

14) Winners must claim by 23:59 on 16 th October 2024. Claims received after the claim closing date will not be accepted.

Instant Win:

15) To enter the Instant Win promotion, visit https://winwithfrubes.co.uk between 00:01 on 19th August 2024 and 23:59 on 16 th September 2024, and select which territory you are entering from. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the promotion.

a) Enter your details before 16 th September 2024, including full name, email address, mobile number and the barcode from your promotional pack to find out instantly if
you’ve won.

b) Free entry route in ROI only: Enter your details, including full name, email address, mobile number and full postal address including postcode to find out instantly if
you’ve won.

16) Instant Win Prizes:

  • > 7,000 x £5 cash prizes available to be won.

17) There are 7,000 Instant Win Prizes and there are 1,889,916 promotional packs. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant’s chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 1,889,916 vs the number of prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion.
The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won. The chances of winning are 1 in 270.

18) You will be notified immediately on screen if you have won an Instant Win prize. If you are a winner, you will also receive an SMS within 14 days confirming your win, along with a link to claim your prize. You will be required to complete the claim form with your personal details (including full name, email address, mobile number, county of residence and bank details) and upload an image of your original itemised till receipt in order to claim your prize. Receipts must pre-date and time your winning entry. Winners that do not complete the claim form will forfeit their prize.

19) It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid mobile number to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.
Prize Delivery:

20) All prizes will be delivered via bank transfer to the account details provided upon claim. Bank transfer payments will only be made payable to the winner and the name provided must match the name of the account holder. Bank transfer payment will be administered by Umbrella Risk Management Ltd. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect payments where the details provided were incorrect. Payments cannot be reversed once they have been processed. No replacement payments will be granted.

General :

21) All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of script, brute force, masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using
identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrants entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrants entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.

22) The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

23) Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.

24) The Golden Ticket prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Frubes Golden Ticket 2024 (8205), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the relevant Advertising Standards Authority).

25) In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

26) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

27) The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

28) The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

29) The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

30) If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

31) The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.

32) The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Petits Filous and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion. 33) This Promotion is governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
